Our task
A business credit card is a convenient, modern payment instrument for business. But bank customers do not always understand how to use it correctly and profitably. To quickly and clearly explain important nuances, SberBusiness decided to create a two-minute 3D training video.
Process
We started the creation of the video with the development of the script. The main challenge was to achieve a close connection between the voiceover and visual metaphors.
Following the client's wishes, we divided the video into semantic blocks and visually separated them from each other. Each of the blocks is a complete instruction and can be used as an independent video.
When developing the stealth shots, we tried to create a sense of order and structure, while adhering to the client's strict guidebooks.
Using a card means, in particular, working with the online banking interface. We took this into account and integrated screencasts into the video. They clearly show the customer's user journey and fit perfectly with the style of the rest of the video.
As a result, we got a stylish video that beautifully and clearly shows the advantages of the business card and, most importantly, helps the client to use it profitably.
